Management Company
Effective February 1, 2024, OEHA retained Sterling Association Services, Inc. (“Sterling”) to manage the HOA and assist the Board of Directors. Services provided by Sterling include billing and collecting the annual and reserve assessments, paying the HOA’s monthly expenses, maintaining our books and records, inspecting the subdivision for violations of the Deed Restrictions, providing notices to homeowners violating the Deed Restrictions, and assessing fines for repeat violations.
The Sterling portal for Oak Estates can be found at www.sterlingasi.net. Homeowners may register for access to the portal by calling Sterling at 832-678-4500 to obtain login information. Our Association Manager at Sterling is Jennifer Ponce who can be reached at sugarland@sterlingasi.com or 832-678-4500.
Applications for approval of plans for building or landscaping must be submitted to Sterling before commencing any construction of a new structure or expansion of an existing structure to assure compliance with all applicable Deed Restrictions and Policies of the HOA. Applications may be emailed to acc@sterlingasi.com. The Deed Restrictions and Policies are listed in the Deed Restrictions and Construction Requirements tab of this website.
The annual billing for assessments is sent by Sterling through the U.S. mail. Payments made by check should be made out to Oak Estates Homeowners Association and sent to:
Oak Estates Homeowners
c/o Sterling ASI
P.O. Box 64384.
Phoenix, AZ 85082-4384
The homeowner’s address and account number should be written on any check sent by mail. The easier way for a homeowner to pay their bills is online by clicking on the link that appears on the Sterling portal for their account.
Additionally, Sterling is the source for information on closing costs when buying a property in Oak Estates. As described in the Deed Restrictions, any third party buying a home in Oak Estates must pay a transfer fee, or Reserve Assessment, to the HOA equal to two times the amount of the annual assessment, payable at closing.
Homeowners may report suspected violations of the Deed Restrictions to Sterling on an anonymous basis by calling 832-678-4500 or emailing gail@sterlingasi.com.
It is Sterling’s responsibility to then notify the owner/builder and potentially fine them for repeated violations.
