Management Company
Effective September 1, 2025, Oak Estates Homeowners Association (OEHA) has retained Genesis Community Management, Inc. (“Genesis”) to assist the Board of Directors with day-to-day operations and community management.
Services Provided by Genesis
Genesis partners with the Board of Directors to help ensure the community runs smoothly and remains well-maintained. Their responsibilities include:
Homeowner Portal
The Oak Estates portal is available at www.genesiscommunity.com. Homeowners can access their accounts using the link and temporary password provided in Genesis’ introductory email or letter. If assistance is needed, please call 713-953-0808 for details. Our dedicated Association Manager is Kristin Henderson, who may be reached at kristin@genesiscommunity.com.
Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Requests
Before beginning any construction or landscaping projects, homeowners must submit an application to the ACC to ensure compliance with Deed Restrictions and HOA policies.
Examples requiring ACC approval include new structures, expansions, pools, generators, and fences.
Assessment Billing & Payments
Annual billing for assessments is available by email (opt-in via the portal) or U.S. mail. Payments may be made by:
Oak Estates Homeowners Association
c/o Genesis Community Management
P.O. Box 270581
Flower Mound, TX 75027
Be sure to include your account number and property address on all mailed checks. For convenience, online payments can be made directly through the Genesis portal.
Resale & Lending Transfers
Genesis partners with CondoCerts to provide resale and lending transfer information. For assistance, contact CondoCerts Customer Service at (800) 310-6552. As outlined in Section 9.5 of the Deed Restrictions, buyers of homes in Oak Estates must pay a transfer fee (Reserve Assessment) equal to two times the annual assessment, due at closing.
Reporting Violations
Homeowners may report suspected Deed Restriction violations anonymously by calling 713-953-0808 or emailing kristin@genesiscommunity.com. Genesis will notify the party responsible and, if necessary, issue fines for repeat offenses. Reports remain confidential.
Compliance & Enforcement
The HOA also enforces restrictions on short-term rentals, pets, home businesses, playground equipment, signage, temporary structures, garage sales, and more.
Violation notices are sent by Genesis via email or U.S. mail, depending on each homeowner’s portal preferences. All fines are assessed and collected according to the HOA’s Governing Documents Enforcement and Fine Policy.
